The Porterhouse is a top-tier steak for real steak fans. This cut is a bone in N.Y. Strip with a whole filet on the opposing end of the bone. The bone adds flavor and seals in juices, making this a favorite of many. There are many ways to cook and serve this cut with two steaks in one. Cook one steak for you and serve the other to your significant other, share both steaks equally for various steak flavors, or eat the whole thing.
