Order Issues, Refunds & Chargeback Policy

 

Due to the perishable nature of our premium beef products, we do not accept returns.

If you experience an issue related to product condition, damaged or defective packaging, or non-delivery, please contact TriTails Premium Beef immediately at (806) 279-2451 or support@tritailspremiumbeef.com. Clear photos of the product and original packaging are required for any review.

All issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to review or offer resolution.

Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) constitutes proof of delivery and fulfillment. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing and routing are managed by the carrier. Estimated delivery dates and time windows are not guaranteed.

In rare cases where extended carrier delays result in product arriving in unacceptable condition, TriTails Premium Beef may review the issue on a case-by-case basis. Determination of product condition and eligibility for review is made solely by TriTails Premium Beef.

TriTails Premium Beef is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.

All communication must be with the purchasing customer.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

TriTails Premium Beef takes all chargebacks and payment disputes seriously.

If a dispute is initiated, our first step is to contact the purchasing customer directly to clarify the nature of the issue and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

If an order has already been processed, shipped, and confirmed as delivered by the carrier, TriTails Premium Beef will formally dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation, including but not limited to delivery confirmation, order records, and customer communication. Customers who initiate chargebacks under these circumstances may be permanently placed on a no-sell blacklist and refused future service at the sole discretion of TriTails Premium Beef.

If an order has not yet shipped, customers are expected to contact TriTails Premium Beef directly to request cancellation and refund rather than initiating a chargeback. We are readily available by phone at (806) 279-2451 or by email at support@tritailspremiumbeef.com to resolve these matters promptly.

Filing a chargeback prior to shipment, without first attempting to contact us for resolution, may result in order cancellation and TriTails Premium Beef reserving the right to refuse future sales to the customer.
