Problems and Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of premium beef products, we are unable to accept returns.
If you should have a problem (i.e., product condition, damaged or defective packaging, or non-delivery) please contact TriTails Premium Beef immediately at (806) 279-2451 or email us at email@example.com.
However, if you have the product for over 31 days without notifying us of issues, we will not replace your products. Please provide photos with your email.
Please be sure to have your order number available so that we may assist you in the best way possible.
