Over 12 months you’ll receive about 250 pounds of our ranch-raised, pasture-raised grain-finished Black Angus beef, averaged at ~20 lb per month. We curate each month’s box (everyone that month gets the same lineup), and you can swap a couple items inside the allowed pool so it fits how your family cooks.
