Tenderloin Roast

Small things can make a massive impact.  This roast is the entire tenderloin (filet loin) and is ideal for entertaining a small group who enjoy quality, rich, beefy flavors.  Being a medium thickness but long cut, it is perfect for slicing and slow grilling, roasting, making into medallions, or cutting your own filets. Though it is not our center-cut filets, these roasts boast of similar flavor and quality.
