Chuck Short Ribs

These chuck ribs come with a lot of meat.  We like to describe them as thick, juicy, and filling. Great for barbeques and smoking, these are a Grill Masters delight.  Though there are only 3 ribs with this cut, each rib has an average of 1 pound of meat!

NOTE: As the meat cooks, it will shrink on the bone.  That's okay!
