Brisket Flat

TriTail's offers two different briskets for our customers: brisket points and flats. Brisket flats are less fatty, and you may find that you won't need to trim them. The point has a bit more fat content and may need some trimming. The flat is perfect for someone who likes a leaner brisket. Regardless of your choice, you will not be disappointed. TriTail's sources its beef from high-grade Black Angus cattle. We are continually praised by our customers for having the best beef around. Prepare for the best BBQ ever! Enjoy.
