20- Minute Korean Beef Bowls

Ingredients

Beef

Sauce

  • 120 g low-sodium soy sauce
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 15 g sesame oil
  • 10 g rice vinegar
  • 10 g sriracha (optional)
  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 30 g water

Bowls

  • 4 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • Steamed broccoli
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sriracha, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Brown the TriTails Ground Chuck in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if desired.
  3. Stir in the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened and glossy.
  5. Serve over warm jasmine rice with broccoli and carrots.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Make It Your Own

  • Add bell peppers or snap peas.
  • Top with a fried egg.
  • Swap rice for cauliflower rice.
  • Double the sauce if you love extra over your rice.
