At TriTails we believe that size doesn’t matter. All steaks from us are of the top quality and are bound to be about the best thing you’ve ever tasted. When we think of the showstopper cuts, two come to mind: the tomahawk steak and the filet. It may be ironic that these happen to be the largest and smallest steaks. One can feed up to six people, and the other is the perfect serving size for a fancy date night. Being fond of irony, we thought we would take these two high-end steaks and put them together in one box. Prepare yourself for your next date night and your next dinner party in one purchase.

This box includes:

• 1 x 3.5 lb Colossal Tomahawk
• 2 x 8 oz Prime Filets 

Tomahawk in a large ribeye cut. Weighing four pounds, this is perfect for your next backyard bash. The bone is left on this cut, sealing in flavors and juices. Most Tomahawks are frenched, meaning the meat is cleaned off the bone. At Tritails we decided to go against the grain and leave the meat on the bone. This unfrenched cut is pretty much a chuck rib and a 3 pound ribeye all in one steak.
