This box is filled with some very interesting, very tasty cuts. You are getting a tomahawk which is a bone in ribeye. The bone helps seal in flavor and juices. (Note: We match the weight you order with this cut). Two porterhouses which are my favorite cut. A strip on one side and a filet on the other. This is also bone in! Last but not least the filet for the nights your not as hungry... Just kidding; there is nothing like a filet on its own. Tender! Juicy! Cut it with a spoon, why not?
